Abstract

Cyber-crimes are considered the most dangerous in today's world, something that has affected every sphere of life. Besides their impact, cyber-crimes have alarmed the countries, the governments and the societies to study their nature and characteristics and prompted legal and juristic luminaries to dig into it and find loopholes in the laws concerning cyber-crimes. The reason for this is that the foundations on which these laws are based and the rules from which the preliminary investigation are drawn are different. The reason for this is the fact that the rules and principles that drive research and the primary investigation are not in accordance with the standard procedures and are different from the general laws which result in prejudice. The research, therefore, aims to study the procedures of inference and preliminary investigation from the perspective of ‘Sharia’ (Islamic Law) and also to comparatively study provisions in Yemeni, Kuwaiti and Qatari laws.
